CRPF inspector general Vikram said, the construction of this infrastructure will enhance the operational reach of security forces in remote border areas.

To improve the accessibility in the region, security forces have also completed the construction of an approximately 12-kilometer-long road from Murumuru in Wajedu Mandal to the Karregutta hills within the span of two months.

In the year 2025, 31 maoists were killed in a 21-day-special operation conducted by security forces during April and May.

After establishing the new base camps not only the maoist activities will be curbed but also ensure accessibility of essential services for the local villagers.
