Raipur | News Desk: Government job aspirants have a crucial deadline to meet on Monday, October 26, as applications for three major recruitment drives are scheduled to close today. The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), Chhattisgarh's recruitment board and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) are collectively offering 35,125 positions, including school teachers, lecturers, project engineers, project associates and other technical and support staff.

With the application windows closing at different times, candidates are advised to complete the required formalities without delay and check the latest instructions on the respective official websites. The three recruitment drives differ in eligibility requirements, application procedures and deadlines, making it important for applicants to verify the relevant notification before submitting their forms.

The largest recruitment drive is being conducted by BPSC under its School Teacher Recruitment Examination, TRE 4.0, which covers 33,320 teaching positions in Bihar government schools. The vacancies span primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary school levels. According to recruitment updates published by Hindustan Times, the commission revised the vacancy count to 33,320 after adding posts for secondary and higher secondary teachers. The last date to submit the application is October 26, while the fee-payment deadline was October 25. Candidates who have already paid the fee should check their application status and complete any remaining submission formalities permitted under the commission's instructions. Further details are available at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

In Chhattisgarh, the lecturer recruitment drive announced under the Directorate of Public Instruction is offering 854 posts across the E and T cadres. The recruitment covers subjects including Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Physics, Political Science, History, Geography and Economics. Applications are scheduled to close at 5 pm on October 26, leaving candidates with limited time to complete the process. According to published recruitment details, the application correction window will remain open from October 27 to October 29, while the written examination is tentatively scheduled for November 29. Candidates can check the notification and application instructions at vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in.

The third opportunity comes from C-DAC, which has announced 951 contractual vacancies across various centres in India. The positions include Project Associate, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Officer and other support roles. The application window opened on October 5 and is scheduled to close on October 26. Candidates have been advised to submit their applications by the stated deadline and verify the precise closing time on the recruitment portal. Details of the vacancies, eligibility conditions and application process are available at careers.cdac.in.

Together, the three recruitment drives account for 35,125 advertised positions, offering opportunities for candidates interested in teaching as well as technical and project-based work. However, the number of vacancies alone should not determine an application decision. Candidates must check the prescribed educational qualifications, age limits, experience requirements, applicable relaxations and selection procedures for the specific post they wish to pursue.

Applicants should also ensure that their documents, photographs, signatures and other required details are ready before proceeding. After submitting an application, they should save the confirmation page or application receipt for future reference. Candidates are advised to rely on the latest official notifications in case of any discrepancy in dates or eligibility conditions.

With all three deadlines falling on the same day, aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria should prioritise completing their applications within the prescribed time limits.
